The Elser in Downtown Miami Installs Artistic Murals

October 6, 2022

The Elser, a new 49-story luxury tower set in the heart of downtown Miami, has installed a large artistic mural adorning the tower’s base. The Elser is named after the Elser Pier, a bustling center that stood in the same location overlooking Biscayne Bay back in the early 1900s. The luxury condominium project was initially conceived as rental apartments, but developers decided to offer units for sale due to strong demand for condos, especially ones that owners can lease as short-term rentals. The property will allow owners to enter into a short-term rental program with daily rental options.

The Elser Hotel & Residences offers fully furnished and move-in-ready residences ranging from studios to three bedrooms. All units will enjoy unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Biscayne Bay – the same views previously enjoyed in the early 1900s at Elser Pier. The turn-key residences provide access to over 19,000 square feet of curated amenities, including a double-level deck overlooking Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay, a 132-foot resort-style pool with accompanying lounge areas and a 16-foot poolside LED wall. Other amenities include a yoga lawn, two-level state-of-the-art gym, outdoor fitness deck, pool deck, and sky Jacuzzi. Long-term guests can also enjoy co-working spaces, bike storage, on-site high-end coffee shop and a Jaguar Sun restaurant bar and lounge. The Elser’s central location offers direct proximity to world-class entertainment, arts, and dining. Prices for the cultivated studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes start at $600,000 or the equivalent cryptocurrency exchange rate. International buyers can purchase a condo using cryptocurrency without the traditional hurdles that come with international banks and exchanges. The Elser is a testament to the growing demand for cryptocurrency investments, particularly in Miami.
