South Florida-based developer Two Roads Development has announced the launch of the first tower of a three-tower luxury condo project in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, in partnership with the EDITION brand. EDITION Residences Edgewater, the brand’s first independent collection of bespoke homes, is located in the heart of Edgewater, one of Miami’s premier neighborhoods for luxury high-rise living. Soaring 649 feet high, the 55-story waterfront tower will feature 185 fully serviced luxury condominium residences and offer over 800 linear feet of bay frontage.

The tower will offer impeccably finished residences ranging from one-bedroom-plus-den to four-bedroom units with an area of between 1,952 and 3,864 square feet and priced from $1.7 million. EDITION Residences will also offer three expansive tri-level penthouses with their own private rooftop pools and gardens. Every unit will feature a private foyer and elevator entry, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, high ceilings ranging between 10 and 14 feet, and European-style cabinetry. The spacious terraces will offer unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Downtown Miami and the Miami Beach skyline.

Residents of EDITION Residences can enjoy over 45,000 square feet of amenity spaces managed and operated by EDITION. The property will also feature a number of secret gardens with lush greenery. The tower will feature two resort style pools with private cabanas and a state-of-the-art fitness facility with private training studios, and a dedicated area for yoga. Other amenities include a club lounge, library, screening room, dog spa and park, children’s play area, and kids club. The tower will also have six guest suites which can be reserved by the residents.
