Fortune International Group has launched of sales for Ora By Casa Tua, a remarkable 76-story tower located in Brickell.
The tower, designed by Arquitectonica and developed by the Fortune International Group, is set to rise 930 feet. The project will encompass around 1.3 million square feet, including 540 residential units all designed for short-term rental use.
The tower's sophisticated design features wave-like structural elements, with warm gray stucco outlining the shell superstructure, while the perimeter columns and solid cement walls are finished in darker smooth gray stucco. The building's elevations feature white-finished slab edges, creating distinctive horizontal lines, and high-performance, lightly-tinted glass for most of the facade, surrounded by dark silver mullions. The podium level stands out from the residential levels above and features hanging gardens and planters, perforated metal panels for garage screening, and four new restaurant concepts from Casa Tua, along with a 24-hour market and bakery.
Ora by Casa Tua will also include amenity spaces located on levels 9, 11, 43, 44, and 76.These amenities include Bosco, a tranquil 40-foot park in the center of ORA, providing residents with a serene urban oasis for reflection and relaxation. Other conveniences include poolside food and beverage service, a social lounge with a large LED screen, private offices, and content creation rooms.
Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy the expansive fitness space and outdoor fitness areas, while the wellness center offers relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, and co-ed steam, sauna, and hammam facilities.
