Bel Invest Group, an international real estate investment and development entity, is collaborating with Diesel, the renowned Italian fashion and lifestyle brand, to create the Diesel Wynwood condominium project. The development will occupy approximately one acre at 161 Northwest 28th Street in Wynwood, comprising an eight-story structure with 159 residential units and 15,889 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project was envisioned by Zyscovich Architects and will be constructed by Moss & Associates LLC.
