Dezer Development will build a Bentley Motors-branded skyscraper on an oceanfront site in Sunny Isles Beach that will replace the Days Hotel at 18401 Collins Avenue. This will be the world’s first Bentley residential tower and also the tallest tower in Sunny Isles Beach.
Bentley Residences, a 749-foot cylindrical tower with more than 60 stories and 200 luxury condos, will rise at the 3.6-acre property. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, it will feature a gym, pool, spa, theater, bar, restaurant and lounge, cabanas and landscaped gardens. Each condo will come with in-unit, multi-car garages having access to the car elevator. Construction is expected to begin in early 2023 and be completed in 2026.
