The project’s financial backing is secured by a $22.5 million mortgage from the City National Bank of Florida in 2021 and a $1.14 million second mortgage from Five Investments Florida in March. MGM Construction Group shared an insightful glimpse into the site preparation process on Instagram in June, effectively setting the stage for the impending rise of these residential towers
