Situated at 1100 Kane Concourse in the exclusive enclave of Bay Harbor Islands, the eight-story building will offer 54 luxury condominium residences alongside over 102,000 square feet of class A offices when complete in 2025.

At the October groundbreaking celebration, Martin and Parekh were joined by officials to commemorate the first integrated wellness living and working community of its kind in BHI and the nation.
