Orlando-based developer Tavistock Development Company has started accepting buyers for Indigo, a high-rise condominium residence located within the Pier Sixty-Six mixed-use project in Fort Lauderdale.
Rising 11 floors, the Indigo tower will offer 30 luxury homes designed by Garcia Stromberg Architects. The majority of units are spacious three-bedroom layouts averaging 2,900 square feet. A 5,824 square foot penthouse boasts panoramic water views.
Prices for the condominiums start at $5.5 million. Buyers will have access to the exclusive amenities planned for the larger Pier Sixty-Six development. Residents can enjoy the private hotel club room, restaurant and lounge, swimming pool with cabanas, and marina facilities.
Indigo aims to be completed in late 2024, coinciding with the opening of the hotel. Construction is already underway on the surrounding project site located at 2301 S.E. 17th St., east of I-95 in Broward County.
This condo joins Azul, another luxury 31-unit tower that recently launched sales. As an active developer currently managing over $240 million in projects, Tavistock is moving full steam ahead on its mixed-use vision for Pier Sixty-Six. When finished, Indigo will deliver coveted waterfront living in one of South Florida's most vibrant neighborhoods.
