Leading real estate developer, Related Group, in partnership with Alta Developers, has commenced construction on Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, a stunning 56-story condominium tower located at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami's Arts and Cultural District. This residential project marks the first collaboration between B&B Italia, renowned for its partnerships with prestigious brands such as Rolex, Hermès, and Rolls-Royce. Coastal Construction has been appointed as the general contractor for the development.

Casa Bella, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Piero Lissoni and the B&B Italia team, epitomizes a refined Miami aesthetic infused with contemporary Italian design.
