Related Group has launched the 57-story Casa Bella by B&B Italia at 1400 Biscayne Blvd located in Downtown Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. The tower with 306 residences will feature two private elevators equipped with biometric access control and a private vestibule. Most of the units boast of 10-foot ceilings and beautiful views of Biscayne Bay, Miami’s downtown skyline, and sunsets from the west. Residences range from one bedroom units starting at 711 SF to four bedroom units from 2,187 SF onwards. All units feature Italian cabinets in kitchens and baths, handpicked cabinet finishes and countertops, and state-of-the-art black glass appliances. The bathrooms feature vanity backlit mirrors, spa tubs and frameless glass-enclosed showers.

The project offers two floors of indoor amenities, including a hi-tech fitness and wellness center, and dedicated entertainment spaces. Among the outdoor amenities, residents can enjoy a resort style pool deck with Italian-inspired gardens on the 12th floor and a 78-foot lap pool offering views of Biscayne Bay.

Prices range from $581,000 for one bedroom units to $1.9 million for four bedroom residences. Casa Bella by B&B Italia is expected to be completed in late 2025.
