Waldorf Astoria Miami, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard, has sold 72% of its residential inventory within just nine months of launching sales. PMG, along with partners Greybrook Realty Partners, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development and global hospitality company Hilton, is developing the tallest residential and hotel building south of New York City that will rise 100 stories and 1,049 feet above Biscayne Bay. The project also marks Waldorf Astoria’s debut in the Miami market. About 55% of the buyers are domestic and 45% come from the international markets.
Waldorf Astoria Miami’s architectural design will be differentiated from other properties on the East Coast by its nine spiraling, offset glass cubes conceived by Sieger Suarez Architects, in collaboration with architect Carlos Ott. The property will feature 360 private residences along with 205 guestrooms and suites within the five-star hotel. It will also offer signature spaces such as a specialty restaurant, spaces for indoor/outdoor pre-functions and functions, meetings and boardrooms, a resort-style pool deck with private cabanas; and a spa and fitness center.
Hilton Management Services will manage Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami, allowing residents and guests to enjoy personalized service and best-in-class experiences. The project is expected to break ground in Q1 of 2022 and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
