Developers Related Group and Alta have finalized a $240 million construction loan from Cain International to fund Casa Bella Residences, a highly-anticipated 56-story luxury condominium tower coming to Downtown Miami. 

Designed by Arquitectonica and interior architect Piero Lissoni of B&B Italia, Casa Bella will be located at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in the heart of the Arts & Entertainment District. Surrounded by world-class museums, performing arts venues and parks, the prime downtown waterfront site offers resort-style amenities within steps of major thoroughfares.

When complete in 2026, Casa Bella will feature 319 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, reaching over 5,800 square feet for penthouse collections. Interiors showcase contemporary Italian design blended with luxury Miami living. 

Residents will enjoy over 80,000 square feet of amenities including a pool deck with gardens, spa, theater, co-working spaces and two-floors of sky lounges with breathtaking bay and city views. State-of-the-art fitness and wellness facilities cater to health-conscious lifestyles.
