Mr. C Residences Coconut Grove has revealed the next phase of amenity offerings that include a new rooftop pool deck and bar, billiards library and lounge space. Designed by Meyer Davis and Arquitectonica, the additions will elevate the already luxurious residences. The 20-stories tower being developed by Terra is located at 2655 S. Bayshore Drive and marks the first-ever, large-scale residential project for the Mr. C brand. The project comprises 118 one to five bedroom residences with sizes ranging from 650 to 3,645 square feet and featuring open floor plans, 11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private terraces.

Residents will have access to various amenities that include a signature Mr. C Café, specialty gourmet marketplace, wellness lounge and juice bar. A secluded rooftop pool deck will offer views of the city and bay, a private Bellini bar and pool lounge. The new billiards library will combine high-design and comfy lounge seating for an inviting setting, featuring private offices, a board room, pool tables and seating areas with floor-to-ceiling windows. The design continuity will be maintained from the billiards to the casual lounge with the use of  asimilar color scheme, rich materials, finishes and craftsmanship. Sales at Mr. C Residences were launched in February 2020 and the project broke ground in July 2020. The units are priced in the range of $600,000 and $5 million.
