Regency Development Group, headed by Alex Troyanovsky, Michael Troyanovsky, and Igor Michin, is commencing sales for its third condo project in Bay Harbor Islands, known as the La Maré Bay Collection. 

The Chicago-based developer plans to construct a stunning eight-story waterfront condominium comprising nine units at 10301 East Bay Harbor Drive. Prices for these luxurious residences will range from $4 million to $9 million, as stated in a press release. Regency previously introduced two other condo projects, the La Maré Regency with 33 units and the La Maré Signature with nine units, priced from $1.4 million and $2.9 million, respectively.

The La Maré Signature Collection, located at 9781 East Bay Harbor Drive, has already achieved a 45 percent presale rate, while the La Maré Regency Collection at 9927 East Bay Harbor Drive has reached a 60 percent presale rate, according to Michael Troyanovsky, Regency's managing partner and Vice President. Sales for these projects are led by Douglas Elliman, who is also collaborating with Regency's in-house sales team for the La Maré Bay Collection.

Regency Development Group has partnered with renowned Miami architect Kobi Karp to design the La Maré Bay Collection, while the interior design is handled by the esteemed Brazilian firm Debora Aquiar Arquitetos. The La Maré Bay Collection will feature three- and four-bedroom units, including a penthouse and a villa with a private pool and summer kitchen area, as confirmed by Troyanovsky.

Among the exceptional amenities offered in the La Maré Bay Collection are a fitness center, rooftop pool, and rooftop kitchen, as mentioned in the release. Additionally, the development will boast a marina with four slips, each priced between $400,000 and $600,000, according to Troyanovsky's confirmation.
