After selling out its first project, the Related Group has now launched sales of Casamar, its second planned condo development in Pompano Beach. Related has already presold 30% of the units at the luxury condo planned for the oceanfront site at 900 North Ocean Boulevard. Last year, Related had secured an upzoning for the 3.2-acre property with 283 feet of beach frontage that allows for a 21-story, 119-unit building. In September, city commissioners unanimously approved raising the building height from 105 feet to 232 feet.

The luxury condos ranging from 1,000 square feet to 3,900 square feet will have terraces, and Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchen appliances. Casamar will also offer a range of amenities to its residents such as sunrise and sunset pools, a fitness center with saunas, a virtual reality golf simulator room, and pickleball court. Prices for the units start at $1.8 million.
