Luxury housing development, Origin Residences by Artefacto, in the Bay Harbor Islands has officially commenced construction as contractors break ground on the project. The seven-story structure will feature 27 units, ranging from two-bedroom to four-bedroom floor plans. The largest unit spans 2,330 square feet, with prices starting at $1.9 million, as stated on the venture's website. Notably, the South Florida Business Journal reported that the community was already 70 percent pre-sold at the time of publication.

Origin Residences by Artefacto will offer an array of communal amenities, including a rooftop amenity deck complete with a swimming pool, summer kitchen, and bar. Additional shared spaces comprise a co-working area, a social room, and 10 marina slips. The architectural design is led by Revuelta Architecture International, while Thornton Construction serves as the general contractor, and VDA | Origin Miami acts as the developer.

Furnishing for the development is supplied by Miami-based Artefacto, known for their exceptional interior design expertise. Although Florida YIMBY initially reported on Origin Residences by Artefacto in 2023, construction is projected to conclude in 2025, bringing this highly anticipated luxury development to fruition.
