Una Residences, Brickell’s first waterfront residential development in over a decade, has reached a significant milestone by completing vertical development and topping off at 47 stories. This ultra-luxury project, nestled at 175 NE 25th Road within the scenic and secluded South Brickell enclave, is a joint venture by OKO Group and Cain International. The construction is on track for completion in early 2025.
The architectural marvel, designed by the globally acclaimed Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG), features 135 spacious condominiums. These offer unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Key Biscayne, and the Downtown Miami skyline.
This achievement coincides with South Florida’s recent trend of business and wealth migration, which has fueled steady pre-sales to the tower, now nearly sold out. In 2022, Una’s two upper tri-level penthouses were sold for $17.75 million each, setting a record for the highest condominium sale in Miami’s Brickell submarket. A select few residences remain available, priced from $4.4 million to $10 million.
Developers Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of OKO Group, and Jonathan Goldstein, CEO of Cain International, expressed their excitement in a joint statement. They highlighted the unique yacht-inspired aesthetics, world-class amenities, and prime waterfront location of Una Residences. This combination has allowed the project to set a new standard for luxury residences in Brickell and command market-leading premiums in Miami.
The residences range from two- to five-bedroom units, measuring between 1,100 to 4,786 square feet. The two ultra-exclusive upper tri-level penthouses span approximately 7,089 square feet, with an additional 2,871 square feet of outdoor terrace and rooftop space. Each residence boasts two private pools, a summer kitchen, sauna, and steam room.
The boutique-style tower’s amenities are designed to complement Miami’s outdoor lifestyle. These include a private marina, three swimming pools, a children’s splash-pad area and playroom, a movie theater, a resort-inspired spa and steam room, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga and personal training facilities, onsite dining, and more. Residents will also enjoy exclusive membership to the Grand Bay Club on Miami’s Key Biscayne beachfront.
