Pagani, a luxury brand celebrated for its exclusivity, understated wealth, and artisanal craftsmanship, in collaboration with Riviera Horizons, has unveiled a sneak peek of the opulent interiors of Pagani Residences. These interiors are the creation of A++, under the curation of Pagani Arte, a newly formed Italian interior design division.

Marking Miami’s inaugural Hypercar-branded building, Pagani Residences is set to offer 70 bespoke waterfront homes, with prices commencing at $2.4 million, located in North Bay Village. Known for its unparalleled quality, innovative engineering, and custom-made Hypercars, Pagani Automobili is a coveted luxury brand. The project is expected to be completed by 2027.

Situated at 7940 West Drive, North Bay Village, this 28-story property, enriched with amenities and designed by Revuelta Architecture, will house 70 corner residences. These spacious two-to-four-bedroom homes, ranging from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet, feature expansive outdoor terraces of over 800 to 1,040 square feet. With only four residences per floor, privacy is a key feature. The penthouses, spanning from 6,900 square feet, offer up to 4,400 square feet of outdoor living space. Each residence will be fully customized and completed with 11-foot ceilings, and 13-foot ceilings in the penthouses with private pools.

Pagani Residences will boast a range of exquisite amenities, including a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk and private boat slips. Residents will have access to a 24/7 concierge service. Ground floor amenities include valet parking, a pet spa, storage for bicycles, paddleboards, and kayaks, 24/7 security, purchasable private garages, and preferred parking. A private residents lounge, library, and media room are located on the eighth level to maximize the stunning peninsula location.
