ELLE, a renowned global fashion brand, recently signed its first brand agreement for the development of a condominium near Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. The future ELLE Residences Miami will be a joint venture between Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) and Vertical Development, with the aim of building a 25-story building with 180 apartments with the possibility of short-term rental.
Earlier this year, the developers, through a subsidiary, Residences at 5th Avenue LLC, presented plans for a 1,792-square-foot lot located at 445 and 455 N.E. 36th Street and 3618 and 3630 N.E. Fifth Ave. The space was acquired in 2023 for US$13.5 million. Additionally, the developers announced a collaboration with The One Atelier who will be responsible for the building's interior design.

Fortune Development Sales will be the lead broker on the project and groundbreaking is expected in 2025. The building will have two floors of amenities including a gym, outdoor fitness lawn, meditation garden, steam room, sauna, swimming pool cold plunge, summer kitchen, outdoor cinema, lounge and two pool decks. The building will also feature 680 square meters of commercial space and 121 parking spaces with vehicle elevators. The project architecture is in charge of Behar Font & Partners.
