Five Park, a residential project coming to South Beach, aims to redefine the idea of luxury in Miami Beach's most famous neighborhood.
Arquitectonica's Bernardo Fort-Brescia and Raymond Fort are behind the architectural design of the 48-story Five Park tower. The project will feature a structure combining function, beauty and sustainability. The luxurious residence interiors will be designed by Kim Sheppard, FAIA, and Michael Gabellini, FAIA, from the firm Gabellini Sheppard. Anda Andrei, an award-winning authority on design, will guide the design aesthetic for the overall project.
The residences will feature Gaggenau kitchen appliances, Italian oak kitchen cabinetry, stone countertops, lighting design by L'Observatoire, and a variety of bespoke finishes. Five Park will offer amenities across multiple floors, including the Canopy Club located on the 26th floor that will be exclusively for residents. It will offer two additional levels of amenities, including a pool for adults and children, a pool-side cafe and bar.
Canopy Park, a three-acre public park adjacent to the tower that will be designed by Laurinda Spear's ArquitectonicaGEO, will feature lush, sustainable landscaping, an outdoor gym, a dog park, a whimsical playground and a public art installation.
