Newgard Development Group has released new renderings of Natiivo Fort Lauderdale, a 40-story residential tower in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Located at 200 West Broward Boulevard, this Arquitectonica-designed project with interiors by IDDI aims to elevate urban living with 384 fully furnished units.
Prospective residents can expect a seamless blend of luxury and function, with units ranging from 500 to 1,200 square feet and priced from $600,000 to $1.7 million. European-inspired design elements, such as imported stone and premium wood finishes, enhance each space. CEO Harvey Hernandez noted that this Fort Lauderdale project builds on Natiivo's successful Miami and Austin developments.
Amenities include "The Splash," a rooftop pool; "The Social," an adjacent club room; "The Fit," a high-tech fitness center; and "The Dine," an on-site restaurant. The development’s prime location near Las Olas and key cultural attractions enhances its appeal, as does the flexible ownership model, which allows for both traditional residency and short-term rental opportunities through Natiivo’s program.
