The Standard Residences, a 12-story residential building in Midtown Miami, has officially topped off, with windows installed up to the eighth floor. This project, financed by a $45.045 million loan from Bank OZK, features exciting dining options including Solana, a rooftop restaurant by Juvia Group, and Rosetta Bakery Café & Privato Speakeasy on the ground floor.
Carlos Rosso, founder of Rosso Development, emphasized Midtown’s transformation, with The Standard Residences playing a key role in shaping the area as a hub for living, working, and leisure. With 228 units already 95% sold, the development offers short-term leases and is set for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, infrared sauna, indoor pickleball court, yoga studios, and a social floor with karaoke, co-working spaces, and a boardroom. Located at 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue, residents will have easy access to Midtown, the Design District, and Wynwood.
