Alta Developers has released new renderings of Cassia, a 12-story luxury condominium at 4011 Salzedo Street in Coral Gables' Merrick Park District. The visuals showcase a grand lobby, wellness lounge, indoor pool, business center, and social club, creating an elegant, resort-like environment.

Cassia will house 174 units ranging from 662 to 1,461 square feet, with prices starting at $700,000. Fully furnished with RH furnishings, Cassia provides flexible ownership options. A sales gallery is set to open this fall, giving buyers an immersive experience of the development’s high-end features.
