Regency Development Group has broken ground on the La Maré Signature Collection, the first of three luxury collections planned under the La Maré brand in Bay Harbor Islands. Located at 9781 East Bay Harbor Drive, this development features nine exclusive residences with three- to four-bedroom layouts ranging from 2,200 to 4,300 square feet.

Michael Troyanovsky, Managing Partner at Regency Development, highlighted La Maré’s emphasis on luxurious amenities, including boat slips, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a rooftop pool, spa, and marina access. Designed by Kobi Karp and with interiors by Debora Aguiar Arquitetos, each residence boasts expansive glass facades, Poliform kitchens, and high-end finishes. Prices start at $3 million, with completion anticipated in early 2026.
