Flow House, the latest luxury condominium project from Flow's co-founder Adam Neumann, has been unveiled at Miami Worldcenter. This 40-story tower will feature 466 units, from studios to one-bedroom residences, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and premium finishes. Located at 697 N Miami Avenue, Flow House will integrate wellness-focused amenities, such as coworking spaces, a fitness center, and a spa.
Set for completion in 2025, prices start at $450,000. Residents will have access to a resort-style pool, yoga studios, and concierge services, with the option to upgrade to gourmet kitchens. As Flow expands internationally, this project exemplifies its focus on community and urban connectivity.
