Swire Properties has opened the Sales Pavilion for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental on Brickell Key, amassing nearly $500 million in sales within the first 60 days. Located at the southern tip of Brickell Key, this luxurious pavilion offers potential buyers an immersive experience of the residences, which feature designs by Parisian designers Tristan Auer and Laura Gonzalez.

Spanning 7,000 square feet, the pavilion showcases high-end finishes, including a hospitality desk with hand-painted coconut shells and woven leather screens. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Miami, featuring two towers, will offer a total of 294 private residences and hotel suites, with prices starting at $4.9 million. Completion is expected by 2029.
