Flow House is set to bring a dynamic living experience to Miami Worldcenter, described by its developers as a “nineteen-year secret in the making.” This 41-story tower, which recently topped off, is on track for completion in 2026 and will offer 466 fully furnished units. Ranging from studios to two-bedroom options, these residences will feature nine-foot ceilings, luxurious rain showers, and environmentally conscious materials throughout.

According to The Next Miami, residents can choose to upgrade to gourmet kitchens for an additional fee. Flow House units span from 307 to 1,165 square feet, providing stunning views of Biscayne Bay to the east. As of the latest report, prices start at $450,000 for studios and $600,000 for one-bedroom homes.

Residents of Flow House will enjoy a comprehensive array of amenities, including a meditation room, a social lounge, private offices, and on-site coworking spaces tailored to remote workers. Construction is scheduled to complete in 2025.

Flow House joins a lineup of developments at Miami Worldcenter, which recently saw the announcement of JEM Sky Villas, an ultra-luxury residence anticipated for completion in late 2027, with prices starting at $8 million.

Located at 697 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL, 33132, Flow House is poised to become a premier residential destination in the heart of Miami-Dade County.
