Miami’s Okan Tower is set to begin construction within months with groundbreaking scheduled in June and completion in 2026. Okan Tower will be one of the tallest towers in Miami, rising 70 stories and 902 feet in the air. The tower’s design will resemble a closed tulip bud before its petals have bloomed, folding inward at the top. Okan Tower will house 163 residential condo units, 236 short-term rental residences managed by Hilton, along with a Hilton hotel. Okan Tower notched up sales of $39 million in just 30 days in March. The project is already in contract and buyers are required to place a deposit.
