January 20, 2025

The Naftali Group has introduced two ultra-luxury penthouses, known as the JEM Sky Villas, featuring interiors by the iconic Italian design house, FENDI Casa. Located atop the 67-story JEM Private Residences, these exclusive units showcase FENDI Casa’s elegant and meticulously crafted furniture collections. Soaring over 700 feet at 1016 Northeast 2nd Avenue in the Miami Worldcenter, the building itself is a masterpiece, designed by Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group.

Residential units in JEM Private Residences begin on the 43rd floor, maximizing panoramic views. The 50th floor will house a range of upscale amenities, including a Sky Lounge, outdoor pool, fitness center, boxing arena, yoga patio, and spa suite, creating a private oasis in the heart of Miami.

“We are thrilled about this collaboration with FENDI Casa for the JEM Sky Villas,” shared Miki Naftali, Chairman and CEO of Naftali Group. “These penthouses represent the pinnacle of luxury living in Miami, combining FENDI Casa’s exquisite design with unparalleled views and amenities.”

Each Sky Villa offers an expansive floor plan, ranging from 5,083 to 5,277 square feet, and includes four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a library, and a wraparound terrace with sweeping views of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. One of the penthouses features a hot tub on its terrace, further enhancing the luxury experience. Custom furnishings by FENDI Casa bring a unique blend of sophistication and craftsmanship, with each piece chosen to reflect elegance and high-quality Italian design.

Danielle Naftali, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales + Design for Naftali Group, commented on the partnership: “Working alongside FENDI Casa has allowed us to create spaces that reflect a harmonious blend of design and lifestyle, offering residents a distinctive and elevated experience in the heart of Miami.”

Signature design elements include showpieces like the FENDI Casa Matrice bookcase and the Metropolis coffee table, inspired by the geometric architecture of FENDI’s Roman headquarters, creating an ambiance of refined luxury.

“This collaboration marks a significant milestone for FENDI Casa in luxury interior design,” said Alberto da Passano, CEO of FENDI Casa. “As high-end residential projects continue to flourish worldwide, we are excited to contribute to such a prestigious development and expand our presence in the luxury market.”

The JEM Sky Villas are set for completion in Q4 2027, with prices starting at $8 million.
