NoMad Residences Wynwood, a new nine-story luxury condominium at 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District, has officially topped off. This landmark project, developed by Miami-based Related Group and New York’s Tricap, marks the first residential venture from NoMad Hotels, a brand under Sydell Group. With over 80% of the 329 fully furnished units already under contract, the project is on track for completion by the fourth quarter of 2025.
The general contractor, Beauchamp Construction, recently shared a video celebrating the topping-off ceremony on their Instagram, showcasing the tower’s progress.
Designed by the acclaimed Arquitectonica, with interiors curated by DesignAgency, NoMad Residences Wynwood will offer a variety of units, from studios to two-bedroom residences, each with floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and high-end finishes. Notably, there are no rental restrictions, making it easy for owners to rent their units, with in-house management available for short-term rentals.
Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities, including a rooftop lounge with panoramic views, a serviced pool with private cabanas, a modern fitness center, and the NoMad Library and Lounge, which offers curated events and co-working spaces. Culinary offerings will include a rooftop restaurant by James Beard Award-winning chef Leo Robitschek, the NoMad Bar, and Casa Tua Cucina, an upscale open kitchen concept featuring Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
The tower will feature museum-quality artwork from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection, enhancing the building’s aesthetic appeal. Other amenities include a card room, private dining room, and shared spaces crafted to elevate urban living.
Positioned in the heart of Wynwood, residents will have access to a neighborhood filled with art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Just steps away are the iconic Wynwood Walls, known for their stunning large-scale murals by renowned artists, further adding to the area’s appeal.
