La Baia Bay Harbor Islands located at 9201 East Bay Harbor Drive, which launched sales in October, has broken ground this month. The luxury boutique bayfront condominium and private marina is being developed by The Continuum Company, LLC which has completely sold-out the 68 residences.

La Baia, located on one of the last large-scale land parcels left in South Florida’s Bay Harbor Islands, will feature just 68 luxurious one- to four-bedroom residences ranging between 1,100 to 2,500 square feet. All homes with well-appointed fixtures and finishes will feature ceiling heights ranging between 9 to 10 feet, spacious walk-in closets, and balconies with glass railings that will offer unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Bal Harbour, Miami Beach and downtown Miami.

La Baia residents will enjoy exclusive access to a 20-slip marina that will have direct ocean access via the Haulover Inlet that can take them to the Florida Keys, the Bahamas, and beyond.  La Baia will offer more than 30,000 sq. ft. of resort-style amenities including a rooftop terrace with ocean views, featuring a pool and spa, children’s play area, lounge areas for dining and entertaining, club room and fitness center.
