The Related Group and Tricap have launched sales of NoMad Residences Wynwood, a NoMad Hotels-branded condo building that will be coming to 2700 Northwest Second Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Wynwood is undergoing a major transformation with new office, hotel, condo and apartment projects as well as new restaurants and bars that are expected to open soon.

This will be the first residential development project for NoMad Hotels which also has properties in London, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. NoMad Residences Wynwood will be a nine-story building featuring 329 units with areas ranging from 464 square feet to 931 square feet, and prices starting in the mid $500,000s, or over $1,000 per foot. All units will be delivered fully furnished, and the building will not have any rental restrictions. The property will also have an in-house management team to handle check-in and check-out.

A NoMad rooftop restaurant and bar will be accompanied by a Casa Tua on the ground floor of the building. Residents will be offered a variety of amenities such as a pool and deck with cabanas, an indoor and outdoor fitness center, a NoMad library and lounge, and shared workspaces. A formal groundbreaking has been planned in the fourth quarter of this year.
