Developers Terra, One Thousand Group, and Major Food Group (MFG) celebrated the groundbreaking of Villa Miami, a 56-story, copper-clad luxury tower in Miami's East Edgewater neighborhood. This project marks MFG's inaugural venture into branded residential development.
Villa Miami will feature 70 exclusive half- and full-floor residences, each offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach. The development emphasizes a low-density approach to enhance exclusivity and privacy for its residents.
The tower's design is a collaboration between ODP Architects and interior designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., known for her work with high-profile clients and bespoke estates. The interiors draw inspiration from mid-century Italian villas and Miami's vibrant energy, featuring warm woods, curving furniture, and ambient lighting.
Amenities at Villa Miami include The Copper Club, an exclusive three-floor private club for residents. It offers private dining rooms, lounges, a screening room, a hair salon, a rooftop helipad and lounge, an elevated pool deck, a yacht club, and wellness facilities. Additionally, the ground floor will house a new MFG waterfront restaurant, where residents will enjoy priority seating.
Moss Construction, the firm behind projects like Five Park Miami Beach, has been awarded the construction contract for Villa Miami. Seawall work began in September 2024, with the tower's completion anticipated in late 2027.
Villa Miami's strategic location offers residents direct access to Miami's cultural, shopping, and dining destinations, including the Design District, Wynwood, and Midtown, while providing unparalleled connectivity to the city's vibrant energy.
