Five Park: The Tallest Tower in Miami Beach is Now Complete

March 31, 2025

In 2020, developers David Martin and Russell Galbut set out to transform Miami Beach with an ambitious vision: to create the city’s tallest tower, which merges luxury living with resilient, environmentally conscious design. That vision has become a reality with Five Park Miami Beach—the first new luxury residential tower in Miami Beach in over a decade.

Strategically located at the entrance of Miami Beach, this 48-story landmark stands as a gateway to the island community, offering an unmatched blend of upscale residences, state-of-the-art amenities, and expansive green spaces. Designed to elevate urban living, the project was built with a focus on sustainability and community, featuring a public park that acts as a “green lung” for the area.

A collaborative effort among nearly a dozen iconic architects, designers, and creative visionaries brought Five Park to life. The design team includes industry leaders such as Arquitectonica and Gabellini Sheppard, with creative direction from Anda Andrei—whose work on projects like Delano South Beach and the Gramercy Park Hotel helped shape the building’s modern aesthetic. Art curation by Sarah Harrelson and the striking Canopy Bridge design by French conceptual artist Daniel Buren add distinctive touches to the project, while interior models by Meyer Davis, RH, B&B Italia, and Addison House contribute to a luxurious, turnkey living experience.

At the heart of the development lies the three-acre Canopy Park, delivered in 2022, which harmonizes with the surrounding ecosystem. This landscaped oasis features a botanical garden, interactive playground, dog park, and event lawn, along with sustainable features like varied topography for stormwater management, a “Dry River” bioswale, and a 25,000-gallon underground cistern for irrigation. Enhancing community connectivity further is the soon-to-break-ground Canopy Bridge—a 158-foot enclosed overhead walkway that will connect Five Park to the South of Fifth neighborhood.

Five Park Miami Beach offers move-in-ready residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with expansive floor plans designed to maximize natural light and panoramic views of the city, beach, and bay. With prices starting at $1.5 million, the tower features an elliptical form that provides 360-degree vistas and generously sized balconies, ensuring that every unit offers a seamless connection to the outdoors. At the center of the amenity experience is The Park Club on the sixth floor, anchored by Cafe Flora serving seasonal menus crafted by James Beard award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein. In addition, residents enjoy a selection of pools, wellness, and entertainment spaces, including a state-of-the-art gym, spa, co-working areas, and more.

Delivered on schedule by Moss Construction, Five Park Miami Beach stands as a testament to the forward-thinking collaboration between legacy developers and creative innovators. “Miami’s appeal grew stronger during the pandemic as families placed a greater emphasis on quality of life and remote work became the norm,” said David Martin, CEO of Terra. “Our team of design, urban planning, and artistic visionaries is reimagining luxury living in Miami Beach, creating transformative spaces that blend timeless heritage with modern innovation.”

With its bold architectural statement and commitment to sustainability, Five Park Miami Beach sets a new benchmark in urban luxury living, paving the way for a more connected and resilient future in one of Miami’s most iconic neighborhoods.
