Art curation by Sarah Harrelson and the striking Canopy Bridge design by French conceptual artist Daniel Buren add distinctive touches to the project, while interior models by Meyer Davis, RH, B&B Italia, and Addison House contribute to a luxurious, turnkey living experience.
At the heart of the development lies the three-acre Canopy Park, delivered in 2022, which harmonizes with the surrounding ecosystem. This landscaped oasis features a botanical garden, interactive playground, dog park, and event lawn, along with sustainable features like varied topography for stormwater management, a “Dry River” bioswale, and a 25,000-gallon underground cistern for irrigation. Enhancing community connectivity further is the soon-to-break-ground Canopy Bridge—a 158-foot enclosed overhead walkway that will connect Five Park to the South of Fifth neighborhood.
