The Standard Hotel Group is bringing its branded condos to Miami’s Midtown neighborhood in its first-ever residential development project.
Rosso Development, in partnership with Midtown Development and Standard International, will build the 12-story, 228-unit condo project on the southwest corner of Northeast First Avenue and Northeast 32nd Street. The project will be designed by Arquitectonica and feature condos ranging from 432 square feet to 965 square feet. All units will come with wide outdoor terraces, cubby kitchens designed by Urban Robot, and master bathrooms featuring double showers.
Residents will have access to amenities spread across 35,000 square feet over five floors that will include a large lobby with lounge areas, cafe, rooftop restaurant and bar. A 60-foot resort-style pool, a fitness center, indoor pickleball court, yoga studio, karaoke bar, and pet spa will also be part of the amenities. The building will also have about 10,000 square feet of retail space selected by The Standard.
Prices for the studios to two-bedroom units range from $329,000 to $829,000. Sales for the project have been formally launched and construction is expected to be completed by mid-2023.
