Construction has officially topped out at Domus Brickell Park, a 12-story condominium in Miami's West Brickell district. Developed by North Development, this short-term rental-friendly project reached its structural completion ahead of schedule, with a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy anticipated by late 2025 and operations commencing in early 2026.
Located at 1611 SW 2nd Avenue, Domus Brickell Park comprises 171 fully furnished residences and penthouses, designed by Zyscovich Architects. The units feature nine- to 14-foot ceilings, private balconies, smart keyless entry systems, Italkraft cabinetry, Bosch appliances, and premium finishes. Pricing ranges from $ 600,000 to $1.2 million, with over 60% of units already sold.
Amenities include hotel-style services, state-of-the-art air and water filtration systems by CLEAR, and a large-scale mural titled "Sparks" by Miami-born artist Johnny Robles on the building's ground-level exterior.
The project is managed by North Management, a division of North Development, ensuring adherence to brand standards and a service-driven approach. Completion is targeted for early 2026.
