The Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami has achieved a significant construction milestone, with the building's shell now poured up to Level 19. Contractors have also commenced work on the pool level and are installing the glass façade on the first of the tower's nine distinctive cubes. The project maintains a steady pace, with one level completed approximately every 10 days.
Upon completion, the Waldorf Astoria will rise 100 stories, reaching 1,049 feet above sea level, making it Miami's first supertall tower and the tallest residential building south of New York City. The development will feature 387 private residences and 205 guest rooms, offering residents and guests unparalleled views and luxury amenities.
The tower's unique design, featuring nine stacked and cantilevered cubes, is set to redefine Miami's skyline. Construction began in late 2022, with completion anticipated in 2027.
