Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia is quickly approaching its final height as construction passes the 42nd floor of the planned 56-story tower in Downtown Miami. Rising at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard, the 649-foot residential skyscraper is progressing steadily toward completion, with its structural shell now approximately 75 percent finished.
The tower, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Italian designer Piero Lissoni and landscaping by Enzo Enea, is taking shape with its signature curved balconies and rippled façade now visible from aerial views. Coastal Construction is overseeing the build, with work advancing across all sections of the structure.
The parking podium is nearly complete, while installation of glass panels has reached the 30th floor, and balcony railings are in place up to the 15th floor. Exterior walls are being coated in smooth gray stucco as the tower begins to take on its final look.
Once finished, Casa Bella Residences will add a new level of architectural sophistication to the Downtown Miami skyline.
