Aria Reserve North Tower in Edgewater Reaches 38th Floor

April 28, 2025

The North Tower at Aria Reserve, part of a twin-tower luxury condominium development in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, has reached a major milestone, surpassing the halfway point in construction. Located at 725 NE 24th Street, the waterfront tower is being developed by Melo Group and will rise 62 stories to approximately 649 feet upon completion.

Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique and landscaping by ArquitectonicaGEO, the North Tower will include 391 condominium residences. Once both towers are completed, Aria Reserve is expected to be the tallest pair of residential twin towers in the United States. Melo Group is also serving as a general contractor, with L&R Structural managing shell construction.

Recent aerial views over Biscayne Bay show the superstructure climbing past the 38th floor, with its symmetrical form becoming increasingly visible in the skyline. Twin yellow tower cranes remain active on-site, as slab pouring continues and the tower steadily rises toward its final height.

If construction maintains its current pace, the North Tower is expected to top out by summer 2025, with full completion projected for 2026. Once finished, Aria Reserve will bring a total of 782 residences to the Edgewater bayfront, further solidifying the area’s status as one of Miami’s fastest-growing luxury residential corridors.
