Cipriani Residences Brickell Construction Progresses

May 5, 2025

Construction is advancing on Cipriani Residences Miami, an 80-story luxury condominium tower at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell. Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica, the 940-foot-tall skyscraper will become the tallest building in Brickell upon completion, surpassing the 868-foot Panorama Tower.

The tower will feature 397 condominium residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with interiors by 1508 London. Amenities will include a private Cipriani restaurant, 24-hour catering services, a speakeasy, two swimming pools, a holistic spa, a screening room, a gym, a library, and a pickleball court.

Recent construction milestones include the completion of the Level 8 pour, marking the transition from the podium to the residential levels. The project previously achieved a significant milestone with Brickell's largest recorded concrete mat foundation pour, involving 11,500 cubic yards of concrete and 2,500 tons of reinforcing steel.

The development will also include two additional towers of 50 and 59 stories, contributing to a total of over 1.2 million square feet of residential space. Completion of Cipriani Residences Miami is anticipated in 2028.
