Grupo T&C has officially commenced construction on Edge House Miami, a 57-story residential tower set to rise at 1837 NE 4th Avenue in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio and landscaping by Witkin Hults + Partners, the 637-foot-tall skyscraper will encompass approximately 870,000 square feet and feature 608 fully furnished luxury condominiums tailored for home-sharing. Thornton Construction is serving as the general contractor, with project completion anticipated by late 2028.

Residences will range from 410 to 1,242 square feet and will be offered in studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Each unit will showcase nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, European cabinetry, Bosch appliances, built-out closets, frameless glass showers, premium fixtures, and intelligent building infrastructure.

Edge House Miami is poised to become a significant addition to the Edgewater skyline, offering residents modern amenities and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.
