Viceroy Brickell The Residences in Miami Nears Exterior Completion

May 30, 2025

Viceroy Brickell The Residences, a 45-story tower rising at 77 SE 5th Street where the Miami River meets Brickell Avenue, is steadily advancing toward its final exterior finishes. The building’s signature curved façade now showcases cool grey stucco, with glass balcony railings and window systems largely in place. Temporary construction hoists remain along the southern face, and next door, the Baccarat Residences tower climbs skyward.

Beyond its elegant exterior, the tower will offer 420 homes ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, city flats, and penthouses. Floor-to-ceiling tinted windows open onto glass-enclosed balconies, and interiors will feature imported travertine porcelain flooring throughout. Ceiling heights vary—from nine feet in standard residences to 13 feet in city flats and ten feet in penthouses—while kitchens are appointed with Italian cabinetry, high-end appliances, and quartz countertops. Spa-style bathrooms will include frameless glass showers, premium fixtures, and custom vanities.

Residents will enjoy 37,000 square feet of amenities, anchored by a 14th-floor deck with a heated pool, outdoor spa, cabanas, summer kitchen, and bocce court. Indoor spaces will include a cardio theater fitness center, private cinema, wine-tasting room, multi-sport simulator studio, and curated contemporary art displays. A glass-walled lobby and porte-cochère usher guests into a bright arrival hall finished in white terrazzo and tropical murals, while ground-floor dining will feature a dual-concept bar serving espresso by day and cocktails by night.

Construction is on track for completion in early 2026, setting the stage for Viceroy Brickell to redefine luxury living along the river’s edge
