Five Park, a residential project coming to South Beach that aims to redefine the idea of Miami Beach luxury in the neighborhood, appears to have commenced vertical construction. In recent months, a tower crane was installed for the 44-story Five Park which will rise 546 feet and is set to become the tallest tower ever in Miami Beach. The structure combining function, beauty and sustainability will have 280 residential units featuring Gaggenau kitchen appliances, Italian oak kitchen cabinetry, stone countertops, lighting design by L'Observatoire, and a variety of bespoke finishes.
Five Park will offer amenities across multiple floors, including the Canopy Club located on the 26th floor that will be exclusively for residents. It will also offer two additional levels of amenities, including a pool for adults and children, a pool-side cafe and bar. Additionally, Canopy Park, a three-acre public park to be built adjacent to the tower, will feature lush, sustainable landscaping, an outdoor gym, a dog park, a whimsical playground and a public art installation.
