Mandarin Oriental Towers in Brickell Reveal New Renderings as Sales Surpass $1 Billion

New renderings have been unveiled for the Mandarin Oriental hotel and Residential towers planned for Brickell. The two-tower development, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, will rise on the site currently occupied by the existing Mandarin Oriental hotel, which is scheduled to close for demolition at the end of next week. 

The South Tower will feature 228 private residences, while the North Tower will serve as Mandarin Oriental’s new flagship hotel in North America. It will also include 66 additional private residences and 28 hotel-branded units. Sales have now surpassed the $1 billion mark, with 50% of the South Tower already sold.
