Vertical construction is set to begin on the East Tower at Oasis Hallandale, a 10-acre mixed-use development located in central Hallandale Beach. The start of this phase comes as the West Tower has topped out and remains on track for completion by the end of 2025, while delivery of the East Tower is expected in 2027.
Designed by Arquitectonica, the project features two residential towers comprising a total of 500 luxury condominiums, anchored within a walkable neighborhood that blends residential, retail, office, and entertainment uses. Several of the units have already been purchased by buyers from the U.S., Latin America, Canada, and Eastern Europe.
Residences in the East Tower will range from 900 to 4,750 square feet, all designed with floor-to-ceiling windows, glass-lined balconies, Italian finishes, and open layouts. Some homes will also include powder rooms, walk-in closets, and two-story configurations.
The development will feature 70,000 square feet of lifestyle amenities such as a resort-style pool deck with private cabanas, a spa, a fitness center, coworking lounges, social gathering areas, and indoor and outdoor theaters. Site enhancements include a six-story waterfall, shaded walkways, and expansive green spaces.
The commercial component of Oasis Hallandale has already been completed and is fully operational. It includes 60,000 square feet of retail and dining space and 35,000 square feet of modern office space distributed across five low-rise buildings. Tenants include KC Market, Davinci Café, Oasis Fit, Oasis Dental, and Dr. Branovan ENT.
Oasis Hallandale is part of a new wave of development reshaping Hallandale Beach. It joins other major projects such as Shell Bay by Auberge Resorts and the redeveloped Diplomat Hotel.
