Edge House Miami to Become First Biosecure Tower in Edgewater

July 9, 2025

Edge House Miami, a 57-story short-term rental tower planned for Edgewater, will incorporate comprehensive wellness infrastructure through a new partnership between Grupo T&C and global wellness tech company Clear™. The development will be the first in the neighborhood to feature full-building air, water, and surface purification systems, delivering a biosecure living experience across all 608 fully furnished residences and amenity areas.

Located at 1837 NE 4th Avenue, the tower is designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio. Floor plans feature flexible ownership models with lockout options, allowing for the short-term rental of private suites.

As part of the Clear™ integration, Edge House Miami will feature ClearCentral™,  a full-building sterilization system that purifies 100% of incoming water before it enters any unit, and ClearAir™ Corridor Purifiers, advanced air filtration units installed on every residential floor to ensure clean, odor-free common areas 24/7.

These systems reduce the need for disposable filters and chemical treatments, aligning the project with sustainability goals while delivering a high standard of wellness for both residents and guests.

Amenities at Edge House Miami will include a wellness center, a podcast studio, co-working spaces, a sky lounge, and resort-style pools. Sales are currently underway with prices starting in the $530,000s. Groundbreaking is expected in early 2026, with completion anticipated by 2028.
