Vertical construction is now underway at Ella Miami Beach, a 10-story boutique condominium rising at 6940 Abbott Avenue in the heart of North Beach. The milestone follows the completion of sheet piling work, with piling currently in progress as the structure begins to take shape. The project is already 65% sold ahead of its projected completion in early 2027.

Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Steven G., the development features 103 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts.
