Vertical construction is now underway at Ella Miami Beach, a 10-story boutique condominium rising at 6940 Abbott Avenue in the heart of North Beach. The milestone follows the completion of sheet piling work, with piling currently in progress as the structure begins to take shape. The project is already 65% sold ahead of its projected completion in early 2027.
Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Steven G., the development features 103 residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts. Units offer between 429 and 1,756 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space. Select residences provide sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami skyline. All homes will include nine-foot ceilings, ItalKraft kitchens with stone countertops, JennAir appliances, and European-style closets.
Amenities at Ella will span wellness, recreation, and lifestyle conveniences. Highlights include a rooftop pool and fitness center with bay and city views, an ocean-facing pickleball court, summer kitchen, outdoor dining area, and observation deck. Additional wellness features include a cold plunge, sauna, and yoga/meditation terrace. Residents will also benefit from coworking areas, private beach club access, on-site parking, bike storage, and complimentary beach cruisers.
Ella Miami Beach is one of the first new condominium buildings in North Beach designed for short-term rentals, offering flexible ownership options and full-service management. The project is positioned just blocks from the ocean and Biscayne Bay, in a neighborhood undergoing significant transformation, including the approved redevelopment of the Deauville Beach Resort nearby.
Sales launched earlier this year with pricing starting at $600,000—a competitive entry point for new development in Miami Beach.
