Construction at Okan Tower in Downtown Miami continues to climb steadily, with the reinforced concrete structure now rising past the 28th floor. Located at 555 North Miami Avenue, the 70-story mixed-use skyscraper is now more than 40% of the way to its planned 902-foot height. Designed by Behar Font & Partners, the tower is steadily transforming the city skyline as its tapered silhouette and chamfered slab edges become more pronounced.
The construction team has established a regular pace, with efficient floor layouts enabling streamlined formwork and concrete pours. Glass installation has progressed to the 21st floor, gradually enclosing the tower’s sleek form as it transitions into the mid-rise zone.
Upon completion, Okan Tower will offer a mix of residential, hospitality, office, and retail space. The uppermost levels—floors 51 through 70—will house 163 private condominium residences. Below, floors 36 through 50 will feature 236 branded condo-hotel units. A 316-key hotel, 64,000 square feet of office space, and a collection of ground-level retail and dining venues will occupy the lower portion of the tower.
The amenity package is equally expansive, with highlights including a rooftop pool and sky deck on the 70th floor—one of the highest in the U.S.—alongside a 27th-floor hotel pool, wellness spa with marble hammam, lap pool on the 12th floor, cinema room, wine cellar, fitness center, and multiple lounges. Concierge and hospitality services will also be available to residents and guests.
Situated in one of Downtown Miami’s most rapidly evolving districts, Okan Tower joins a wave of high-rise developments reshaping the city’s urban core. The tower is expected to be completed in early 2027. Once finished, it will stand among the tallest buildings in Miami and become a defining feature of the city’s skyline.
