Continuum Company has revealed the Continuum Waterfront District, a transformative, two-phase mixed-use development planned for over three acres along Biscayne Bay in North Bay Village. Approved unanimously by the city commission, the master plan is set to reshape the Kennedy Causeway into a walkable, waterfront destination featuring residential, hospitality, retail, and recreational spaces.
The development’s first phase, Continuum Club & Residences, is already under construction and nearly 50% sold. This tower will introduce over 60,000 square feet of amenities, including a resort-style pool, wellness center, longevity spa, yoga studio, marina, and curated lifestyle services such as a private yacht club and exclusive beach access. Residents will also enjoy a premium membership to Dorsia, a high-end dining platform.
The full vision for the Continuum Waterfront District includes two condominium towers, a boutique hotel with a rooftop pool, new restaurants and bars, a renovated marina, retail storefronts, and outdoor wellness areas. Emphasizing open space and connectivity, the district will align with the NBV100 Master Plan by expanding public waterfront access and enhancing walkability through green civic zones that link the bayfront to the community.
The development marks a new chapter for North Bay Village’s evolution, aiming to replicate the kind of neighborhood transformation previously seen in South Beach with the original Continuum project. Completion of the full district will establish North Bay Village as one of Miami’s most dynamic waterfront enclaves.
