Construction has officially topped off at the 62-story North Tower of Aria Reserve, marking a significant milestone for one of Miami’s most ambitious waterfront developments. The dual-tower project, located in Edgewater, is being developed by Melo Group.

According to the developer, Aria Reserve has achieved a “record construction timeline,” with the North Tower breaking ground in October 2023 and completing its foundation pour less than a year later in August 2024. Now topped out, the North Tower continues Melo Group’s momentum following the recent progress of its South Tower.

The South Tower, also standing 62 stories tall, became the first post-pandemic luxury condominium in Edgewater to launch and reach completion. It received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy last month and is currently undergoing closings.

Together, the towers form one of the largest waterfront residential developments in Miami, offering sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and setting a new standard for vertical living in Edgewater.
